Enviroboard: The product voted the Greenest at the 2010 ISA Expo is the Enviroboard. The manufacturer that brought out this new and very eco-friendly corrugated board is ConVerd. They are also the manufacturer of the first superwide paper line to be FSC Certified. There are very few, if any, other companies in the US that make the corrugated, highly eco-friendly board used by green printers.

Enviroboard MR (Moisture Resistant). This ridged, moisture-resistant board is a multi-ply alternative to traditional foamboard and corrugated plastic boards. Enviroboard MR is printable on two sides for indoor pop upright and hanging sign applications and is available in sheets for flatbed UV printing. Enviroboard MR is environmentally friendly because it is 100-percent recyclable and is also FSC-Certified.

Ecoboard Xtreme - Outdoor Durable Rigid Media

 Ecoboard aka Mondi-Xtreme is product manufactured by Xanita

Xtreme is a value added kraft-based composite board, and a state-of-the-art material. It is a printable kraft board with excellent water and moisture holdout capabilities for internal and external branding applications. No waxes, nor PE (polyethylenes) and only repulpable coatings or chemicals/materials are used in the manufacture of Xtreme, making it another 100% eco-friendly product. Xtreme is a joint development between Mondi and Xanita. Xtreme has been designed to replace existing PVC/plastic display products by utilizing natural, fully repulpable materials. The result is an innovative product delivering all of the same properties without any negative impact on the environment. The Moisture Vapour Transmission Resistance rates (MVTR) are as good, if not superior, to PE.

The board has good lay flat properties & Outdoor life expectancy is up to four months.

Xtreme can be used for internal standing displays without fear of warping or buckling. Due to high moisture resistance it will perform far better than existing boards which are used from time to time for vertical displays/posters.

Display Stands -  X-Board is an ideal material for printing and constructing POP display stands. The excellent rigid printing surface is easily cut using CNC cutters (or routers) allowing easy creation of any form of display. Mondi Xtreme (& Mondi Lite) Mondi Xtreme is an ideal waterproof signage substrate for an external application that requires high turnover. Mondi Extreme is currently being used for up to 6 months outdoors but is only recommended for up to eight weeks for external use. Mondi Xtreme (including Mondi Lite) is also used internally for retail signage as an alternative to traditional PVC-based substrates where there is no time limit on usage. High-Impact Polystyrene - White
Product Overview: An economical rigid substrate available in sheets and rolls up to widths of 60". It is available in Black, white, and translucent. Custom colors available with special quote.
Properties:
• Superior ink receptivity using flexo, offset and screen processes.
